Terms of Service

_{I can draw most in the can draw list. If you are unsure about an OC you have, then feel free to ask me about them. There is a possible I'll draw them and always open to new experenice.}

_{I have the right to cancel a commission for mental health, workload and other personal reasons.}

_{I have the right to reject any order for any reason.}

_{I have the right to post the commission on a different website. If you do not want me to post it anywhere, let me know beforehand.}

_{I will not remove my signature/watermark as this protects my work from art theft.}

_{Amazon gift cards, Visa gift card, PayPal, Venmo, and Cashapp are all acceptable payments. No digital checks.}

_{Commissions can be paid either upfront or half & half. An approval sketch is also acceptable if requested. Other than that if not requested, I won’t start the commission until payment had been sent.}

_{Commerical use is double the base price.}

_{During the linework stage, refunds are accepted either in full below $50 dollars or partially above $50 dollars.}

_{A PayPal chargeback file will cause a cancellation on the commission and prevent me from continuing the commission. Please let me know if you are needing a refund and discuss it with me.}

_{You will get WIPs updates through these stages: sketch, cleanup, linework, color and shading, and background (if added in the art order).}

_{You are free to ask for an update on your commission. Please do not feel afraid to contact me. Communication is key!}

_{Turnarounds are from 3 to 6 weeks depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, work and etc.}

_{Rush fee is $20 dollars fee for completion before three weeks.}

_{If you have a deadline for me to complete the commission, do let me know beforehand otherwise the original turnaround will be the same.}

_{Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image of 300dpi. You are free to use the commission to use for personal use only! If you do use it for anything personally related, feel free to give me a shoutout, I would be happy to see it.}

_{You are allowed to make changes throughout the commission before the final version.}

_{After the final version, you have three major edits and if you want more edits then there is a fee of $10 dollars each time to add up.}

_{You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels. Feel free to give me a shout out there.}

_{You do not have permission to use my artwork or the commission used for profits such as for NFTs or AI.}
